Welcome to the ECO VIDEO TOUR!
During the past years we have become more familiar with the concept of
sustainability -- a way to live without limiting the ability of future generations to fulfill
their needs and dreams. Consequently, we value the importance of healthy eating
habits by promoting LOCAL agricultural practices and consumer awareness.
The artisans featured in this eco video tour practice methods of sustainable
agriculture. They are dedicated to produce the distinctive LOCAL FOOD that makes
the North Fork Region so special and are committed to share with the community
their joys, knowledge and experiences.
